Kevin Dickie

Kevin Dickie is currently the Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Southeast Asia Discovery networks Asia. He oversees the business and operations for the network’s portfolio of seven brands – Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery Travel & Living, Discovery Science, Discovery Home & Health, Discovery Real Time, and Discovery HD. Kevin joined Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific in August 2000 as Director of Marketing and Communications. Kevin spent much of 2007 on assignment at Discovery’s USA headquarters, initially supporting Discovery International’s global branding initiatives, moving on to be acting SVP of Marketing for Discovery Channel USA.

Gerard Fitzgerald

Gerard Fitzgerald is the Managing Partner of Song Zu. Switch on the TV in Asia and you will probably hear one of Gerard’s compositions. He has worked with clients such as Singapore Airlines, RSAF, Sony, Nokia and MacDonald’s to name but a few. Trained in classical music, he studied jazz and has played with some of Australia’s leading bands. He has worked on documentaries for National Geographic Channel in the last few years and was nominated for the Australian Guild of Screen Composers award for best score. His work on a TV commercial for Royal Salute gained him a Finalist Awards in this year’s New York Festival.

Rodney Jay

Rodney Jay is currently the Executive Director of VHQ. Rodney has spent more than 15 years in Asia, originally as General Manager of VHQ Singapore, then as General Manager, Asia Broadcast Centre. As well as being an award winning Editor, Rodney has considerable experience in Producing, Directing and virtually every element of Post Production.

Ron Johanson

Ron Johanson has been at the helm of The Roly Poly Picture Company since 1980. Ron was a long serving President of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) in Queensland and is currently serving as Vice-President of the Society at the National level. Ron was named the Queensland BAD Club “BAD Person of the Year” in 1993.In 1999, he was presented with a special Kodak Award for services to the industry. He was inducted into the ACS Hall of Fame in 2004 and received the Queensland New Filmmakers Kinetone Award for contribution to the Queensland Film Industry also in 2004. He was made a Life Member of the ACS in 2007. Ron has won many awards for his direction and cinematography including 2 Mobius Awards, 2 Cannes Awards, 4 New York Festival Awards and 2 Golden tripods.

Robert Kleman

Robert Kleman joined TBWA\Singapore in 1999. During his 6-year tenure, he rose to become a Creative Partner in the agency heading up the Sony, BMW and MINI accounts. In 2005, Robert Kleman was ranked the ‘Number 1 Most Awarded Creative in Asia’ by Campaign Brief Asia magazine along with his partner Marcus Rebeschini. Their creative work and new business wins helped TBWA\ become Agency of the Year in 2004 and 2005. Robert then relocated to TBWA\Chiat\Day New York in 2005. Robert has just left his position of Executive Creative Director at Euro RSCG Worldwide in New York.


Jason Lai

Co-Founder Oak 3 Films, Singapore. Jason has produced and directed for such prestigious international broadcasters as Discovery Channel, Travel & Living Channel, Animal Planet, National Geographic Channel, and ESPN. Winner MediaCorp Star Awards for a sitcom and a documentary series and a finalist nomination at the New York Festivals’ 2008 TV broadcasting awards for drama category. Other film festivals wins include the Best Animation Film at the Bangkok International Film Festival for 3 Feet Apart and the Grand Prize for Best Film at the Busan Asian Short Film Festival for The Trouble with Waiting. Jason was recently was appointed as the President of AIPRO (Association of Independent Producers Singapore).

Andy Lambert

ANDY LAMBERT has directed over a hundred TV commercials for brands such as Nike, Nokia, Honda, Guinness, Fiat, FedEx and Martini. Known for his cinematic storytelling ads, such as his award-winning 90-second spot for Revels that paid homage to ‘The Deer Hunter’, Andy has been represented by some of the top production companies in the world, including Partizan, Blink and The Sweet Shop. He is currently represented by H.S.I. in the USA and the UK. Andy has also directed two short films and is preparing to make his debut feature film, “Dust”.

Lim Sau Hoong

Ms Lim Sau Hoong is CEO & Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications, an advertising agency she founded in 2000. She has sat on the jury for International advertising festivals including Cannes, Clio, ADC Awards, Red Dot Design Award, Spikes, Times Asia Pacific Advertising Awards and many others. She was on the inaugural jury for the prestigious President Design Award in Singapore. Sau Hoong was also nominated as one of the 3 top most influential persons in media, marketing and advertising in Singapore."


Ted Lim

Ted Lim is currently the Executive Creative Director & Deputy Chairman Nga DDB. Ted has won many creative awards including Malaysia’s only D&AD Yellow Pencil, four Cannes Silver Lions, three Clio Awards, Bronze at the New York Festivals, and a One Show Design Silver Pencil. He was inducted into the Malaysian Advertising Hall of Fame and named the country’s top creative director by Campaign Brief Asia. Appointed to the DDB Worldwide Creative Leadership Council by DDB Worldwide. Ted has judged at leading shows such as the D&AD, AdFest 2005 and 2008 and Young Guns.


Ali Shabaz

After eight years in advertising, six in India and two in the Middle East, Shabaz Ali came to Singapore to join BBDO in the year 2000. He has been ranked in the top ten of creatives in Asia by Campaign Brief Asia. Ali came to Singapore in 2000 after eight years in India and the Middle East. His work on brands like Pizza Hut,Visa, FedEx and ICI Paints won him Silver Nominations at D&AD, Lions at Cannes, Pencils at One Show, Clios and recognition at almost every award show. In 2005, his campaign for Pizza Hut was the 8th most awarded print campaign in the world according to the Gunn Report. He is now Executive Creative Director of JWT Singapore and was recently hailed as one of “The Most Influential Creative Directors” in the country by the Institute of Advertising.

Suthisak Sucharittanonta

Suthisak Sucharittanonta is the Chairman & Chief Creative officer of BBDO Bangkok, Thailand. Suthisak joined BBDO in 1998 and he has been ranked No 1 in the Thailand Creative rankings by Campaign Brief Asia every year since 2001. Under his leadership, BBDO Bangkok won Thailand's first Cannes Gold Lion in 2003. Top international shows such as Clio, One Show and D&AD have also honoured his talent. Suthisak has just been elected into the Bangkok Art Directors' Association 'Hall of Fame'.
