Entry Procedures

How to prepare your entry

1. All work must be entered on a DVD/CD compatible to Macintosh or PC computers.
2. All videos must be in MOV/AVI file, 720x576 Screen Resolution, 25FPS, MPEG-4/H.264 codec and must not exceed 100MB in size. Each Video should not exceed 3 minutes.
3. Each DVD/CD must be accompanied by a completed entry form.
4. Entries in a foreign language should either be dubbed in English, or have subtitles or have script translation.
5. Productions can be entered in more than one category. A separate entry fee is required for each.
6. Each entry must be placed in a separate envelope. On the outside of the envelope and clearly written, must be the words 'Phoenix Awards' and the Category Number entered. If submitting multiple entries, the smaller envelopes can be put inside one larger envelope or parcel.

Payment

Once you have filled in the entry form online, print it out. One for each entry must be attached to your cheque or bankers order for the entry fees. Payment should be in Singapore dollars and made payable to BluePrint Media Pte Ltd. Send this to the organisers:

Entry Fees

Cost per entry S$100 except for S4 and S5 which is S$50.
You can also pay by wireless/telegraphic transfer to DBS Bank, 6 Shenton Way, DBS Building, Singapore 068809, Swift Code DBSSSGSG, CHIPS UID Number: 034675. Payable to BluePrint Media Pte Ltd , Account number 001-902200-2.

Important: Please add S$20 if paying by this method to cover bank charges. Please indicate "Phoenix Film Awards Entry" under the description box. If you are transferring money bank to bank, you must fax a copy of the entry form and your bank transfer form to (65) 6221 4862 so we can match your entry to payment.

Judges

The Phoenix Awards are judged by an international panel of judges, all of whom are award-winning professionals or have specific skills and experience in the industry.

Industry Accolades - Nominations

We invite you to send in a nomination for any of the two Industry Accolades. On an A4 page, please write down the details of the person with their career history and highlights together with a paragraph on why you feel this person deserves the recognition. Please add your name, current position and contact details at the top of the page.
