Rules for Entry

1. The production must have been completed and aired between Jan 2008 and Sep 2009.
2. The entry must have been created in Asia (including Australia and New Zealand).
3. All work submitted must be accompanied by a completed entry form and entry fees.
4. The work entered must have been produced for a client, except in the case of S4 and S5.
5. The judges have the right to move an entry into a category they feel is more suitable.
6. Late submissions will not be eligible for the current competition.
7. The judges' decision is final.
8. The judges have the right not to give an award in a category where the work does not meet the standards.
9. The organisers cannot return any work entered nor any fees paid for any reason.
10. The organisers have the right to reproduce any of the winning work in AdAsia magazine, Designer magazine, the AdAsia website or any book or supplement featuring the Phoenix Awards published by AdAsia.
11. The person entering accepts responsibility to obtain any clearances necessary and the organisers accept entries on this understanding.
